• All files will be kept accessible. In minutes we we'll get you the info you need on closed files no matter how much time has passed. Never hear those words again "We will get it to you after we dig it out of storage."

• With our system you and your customer will be given a password to access and track your file at anytime online.
• Anything you need to know is just a click away.

3) Marketing tools to benefit you and us

• We will give a house warming gift on purchases to the buyer.
• Prior to closing the sale we will contact you to give you the opportunity to place your Marketing items in the basket before it is wrapped.

4) We take the risk - not you

• Send us the purchase agreement so we can have all title work ready for you.
• Sale falls through - there is not cost to you.
